The Tshwane Office has a vacancy of an Administration Clerk.
 
Purpose
Monitor that all equipment and assets are in working order and provide the necessary administrative support services to CCMA staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.

  • Stock management
  • Office management
  • Access control
  • Building Maintenance
 
Key Requirements:
  • Grade 12 and 1-year Administration Certificate
  • 1 year’s administration experience in an Office or Administration environment and handyman experience

TERS ADMINISTRATOR (FIXED TERM)
National Office

Post level: P09
The Dispute Resolution Department– Employment Security Unit has a vacancy for a TERS Administrator 12-month fixed-term contract position.
 
Purpose: To coordinate and manage the TERS process effectively and efficiently. Advise and assist the public with regard to appropriate application procedures, processing, and screening of TERS applications in terms of applicable CCMA guidelines. To also provide case management support to the Employment Security Unit as well as Mediation. In addition, provide secretariat and administrative support services to the Single Adjudication Committee.
 
Key Performance Areas: 
  • Appropriate Screening and processing of TERS applications on CMS.
  • Liaise and provide professional feedback to Applicants and implementation partners.
  • Respond to TERS queries.
  • Liaise with SAC members and schedule SAC meetings
  • Provide Office Administration Support to ESU and Mediation.
  • Post-Meeting Administration and Record-Keeping
  • Reporting
 
Key Requirements:
  • Appropriate Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of relevant working experience in administration and secretariat environment
  • Proficiency in at least 2 African languages
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to use a computer and the main software packages competently
  • Training on MS Office
