The Free State and Northern Cape Province – Kimberley and Kuruman Office requests the services of x 3 Part-Time Interpreters
Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of the CCMA activities.
Key Performance Areas:-
- Verbal interpretations during hearings
- Administrative support functions.
Key Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
- 1 year experience
- Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments.
Languages for Kimberley Office: Setswana, Afrikaans and IsiXhosa
Languages for Kuruman Office: Setswana, Afrikaans and IsiXhosa

COMMISSIONER: DISPUTE PREVENTION AND WORKPLACE OUTREACH

Tshwane Region has a vacancy of a Commissioner: Dispute Prevention and Workplace Outreach
Purpose:
Provide front line support to the Dispute Prevention & Workplace Outreach Department at national and regional level, both in terms of technical and project management support. Including support in the implementation of specific DP&WO projects, including new initiatives
Key Performance Areas: –
- Dispute Prevention and Workplace Outreach front line delivery and practical support
- Reporting, Monitoring and Record Keeping
- Communication
- Team Supervision
Key Requirements:
• Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
•Successful completion of the Train-the-Trainer or Facilitation Skills Course
•3-5 years’ experience, In depth knowledge of the Labour Market

Purpose: To record, safeguard and manage all case files to ensure that files are easily traced and / or retrieved for use by relevant parties.

FULL TIME SENIOR COMMISSIONER JOHANNESBURG (1)

Johannesburg office has a vacancy of a Full Time Senior Commissioner.
Purpose
To provide a management support role to the RSC in the Region and the statutory functions of the commission in order to ensure all efficiencies and statutory requirements are always met.
Key performance areas:
• Monitor Conciliation/ Arbitration hearings
• Management of Commissioners
• Management of Reviews Rescissions and Enforcements
• Provide support in managing support services
• People Management
• Reporting
• Regional Department Plan
Key requirements:
- Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience of which two (2) should be at a Senior Management Level or alternatively appropriate NQF Level 6 tertiary qualification
- Training on Labour legislation
- Commissioner Training
- Training on CCMA policies and procedures
- Management and Leadership
