The Gauteng Province – Ekurhuleni Office requests the services of Part Time Interpreters.

Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of CCMA activities.

Key Performance Areas:-
• Verbal interpretations during hearings.
• Administrative support functions.

Key Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
• 1 year experience
• Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments.
Languages: SePedi, Setswana, Sesotho, IsiXhosa and IsiZulu.

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR – 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM
National Office

The Internal Audit department has a vacancy for a Senior Internal Auditor –12 months Fixed Term at the National Office.

Purpose
To plan, execute and report on audits as per the Annual Audit Plan to determine whether the business unit / departmental activities are in compliance with CCMA’s policies and procedures, CCMA objectives and applicable legislations. To supervise the Internal Auditors to ensure that audits are carried out as per the Annual Audit Plan.

Key Performance Areas: –
• Audit Planning
• Audit Execution
• Audit Reporting
• Customer Feedback Coordination
• General Audit Support
• Team Supervision

Key Requirements:
• B Com / National Diploma in Internal Auditing or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Internal Auditing
• Knowledge of executing Annual Financial Statements and Strategic Audits
• Member of Institute of Internal Auditors
• Must be studying towards or have Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification. CA will be advantageous.
• Internal Auditing technical and behavioural training
• Knowledge of Barnowl Audit Software

The Corporate Services Department has a vacancy of Education, Training and Development Coordinator in the National Office.

Purpose: To provide effective and efficient administrative, clerical, logistical and training co-ordination support to the Education and Training Division of the CCMA, trainees and facilitators in adherence to the training schedule, enabling facilitators to conduct and deliver required training and developing/improving the core competencies within the CCMA.
