PART-TIME INTERPRETER (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR) X4 KWAZULU NATAL PROVINCE (RICHARDS BAY, NEWCASTLE AND PIETERMARITZBURG OFFICE)
The KwaZulu Natal Province – Richards Bay, Newcastle and Pietermaritzburg Office requests the services of x 4 Part-Time Interpreters.
KwaZulu Natal Province – Richards Bay Office (2)

KwaZulu Natal Province - Newcastle Office (1)

KwaZulu Natal Province – Pietermaritzburg Office (1)
Ref: PTINPMB01-22
Rate Per Day: R863.13
Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of the CCMA activities.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Verbal interpretations during hearings
• Administrative support functions.
Key Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
• 1 year experience
• Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments.
Languages: isiZulu

ARCHIVING ADMINISTRATOR - EASTERN CAPE - PORT ELIZABETH OFFICE (POST LEVEL: 12)
The Port Elizabeth Office has a vacancy for an Archiving Administrator.
Purpose: To record, safeguard and manage all case files to ensure that files are easily traced and / or retrieved for use by relevant parties.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Case File Capturing
• Case File Management
• Storage and Retrieval of Case Files
Key Requirements:
• Grade 12
• 1 year experience in General Administration

Purpose
To effectively and efficiently handle queries and assist the public with regard to appropriate processing procedures, screening of cases in terms of relevant legislation and CCMA guidelines.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Case Advice
• Case Screening
• Case Capturing
• Schedule and screen documentation
• Process outcome and finalise cases
• Venue Administration
Key Requirements:
• Matric, National Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent)
• 3 years relevant working experience in a service/ HR/ Legal environment
• At least 2 African languages would be an advantage
