ASSISTANT MANAGER: FINANCIAL REPORTING

The Finance Department has a vacancy of an Assistant Manager: Financial Reporting.
Purpose
To support the implementation of financial accounting and reporting policies and procedures and report on organisational financial performance and position to ensure compliance with regulations and meeting organisational performance and statutory requirements.
Key Performance Areas:-
- General Ledger, Investments, and Cashbook
- Production of Financial Statements
- Implementation of Financial Accounting and Reporting Processes and Procedures
- People Management
- Communication
- Reporting
Key Requirements:
- 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Financial Management
- 5 years’ experience in Financial Management of which 2 years is at a supervisory level
- Must have experience in working with caseware.

To provide leadership and strategic direction in terms of Legal policies, practices and processes and through this ensure conformity and compliance and contribute to maintaining the CCMA’s credibility in the labour market.

- Compile Commissioner Practical Procedure Manual
- Propose and monitor amendments to the LRA
- Monitor reviews in the Labour Court
- Institute/Defend legal action
- Contractual Authorisation
- Reporting
- Financial and Risk Management
- Communication
- People Management
Key Requirements:
- LLB or equivalent Legal Qualification
- Admittance as an attorney or advocate
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in law practice and managerial skills of which 5 years should be
post admittance experience
