The National Office has a vacancy for a Call Centre Agent.
 
Purpose:
 To provide advice and assistance on current Labour Legislation to the public in line with the appropriate CCMA processing procedures, guidelines and legislation.
 
Key Performance Areas (Include but not limited to):
• Telephonic advice to users
• Advice related to case queries
• Capturing Information on CMS (Case Management System)
• Customer Service Delivery
• Self-Development
 
Key Requirements:
• Appropriate Diploma or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in the labour law environment
• Knowledge of Case Management System
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Teams
• Knowledge on Labour Law
• CCMA institutional knowledge
 
Proficient in Languages: English, Sesotho and IsiZulu

The Dispute Prevention and Resolution Department has vacancies for two (2) Information Officers within the CCMA Contact Centre.

Purpose: To provide written response to enquiries and case queries received from Users / Stakeholders via e-mail (info@ccma.org.za) and social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, CCMA Connect, WhatsApp, Hello-Peter) by providing assistance and advice with regard to appropriate CCMA processes and procedures in terms of relevant legislation, CCMA Rules, Policies and SOP’s.
To receive and disseminate Complaints and to monitor complaints on SharePoint in respect of complaint status and responses received and make the necessary follow-ups as and when required and in line with relevant Policies and SOPs.
Monthly and quarterly reports to the line manager.
 
Key Performance Areas (Include but not limited to):
• Provision of written advice to Users / Stakeholders in respect of case queries and other received through the various platforms.
• Compilation of Frequently Asked Questions
• Monitoring of Complaints
• Reporting
 
Key Requirements:
• Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree / equivalent
• 2 – 3 years’ CCMA experience
• Knowledge of the Case Management System (CMS)
• Knowledge and experience of the MS Office Suite, in particular MS Teams
• Knowledge of Labour Law
• CCMA institutional knowledge
• Knowledge of various Social Media platforms
• Knowledge of SharePoint

RISK OFFICER

Purpose: To provide support in relation to the implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management system within the CCMA to ensure all risks are identified and mitigated and that value has been added.

  • Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Implementation
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Risk monitoring and reporting
  • Insurance profile
  • Communication
  • Administer Electronic Risk Management System
 
Key Requirements:
  • Appropriate Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Risk Management
  • Membership with the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA) or equivalent professional body will be an added advantage
