DISPUTE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR - GAUTENG (VAAL OFFICE) - (POST LEVEL: 09)
The Dispute Resolution Department has a vacancy of Dispute Management Coordinator
Purpose: To organise events and to assist the DM Commissioner to ensure that all the support and material is available to enable him/ her to present at different forums and ensure the attendance by various parties.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Organising and Administering events
• Administration
• Supply Chain & Finance Support
• Reporting
Key Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Certificate in Office Administration.
• 1 - 2 years general administration experience
• Proficiency in at least two (2) African languages would be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate and interact with external CCMA external users.
• Computer literacy.

JUNIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER - NATIONAL OFFICE (POST LEVEL: 10)
The National Office -ICT department has a vacancy for a Junior Support Engineer.
Purpose: To assist our users with general IT related technical support issues. As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will be expected to assist users either onsite or remotely to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Performance Areas:
• Customer service
• Troubleshooting and resolution
• Installations
• Repairs
Key Requirements:
• Minimum National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Proven 2+ years of work experience in both first and second level support;
• Ability to critically analyse a symptom, diagnose a fault, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including, PCs, printers, and networking
• Knowledge of hardware components and hardware troubleshooting procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and desktop software.
• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot network services and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.);
• Cloud Computing concepts
• Experience with anti-virus, anti-spyware, and anti-spam applications;
• Good time management skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work with little supervision at times;

PART TIME INTERPRETER (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR) - CAPE TOWN OFFICE
The Western Cape Province – Cape Town Region requests the services of an Independent Contractor – Part Time Interpreter.
Rate Per Day: R 901.97
Purpose: To assist the CCMA Commissioners and structures by providing interpreter services to facilitate successful outcomes of the CCMA activities.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Verbal interpretations during hearings
• Administrative support functions.
Key Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• National Diploma in Labour Related Qualification.
• 1 year experience
• Knowledge on latest legislation/ amendments.
• Languages: Sign Language (compulsory), Afrikaans and IsiXhosa.

MANAGER: PLANNING AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING (POST LEVEL: 05) RE-ADVERT
The Governance and Strategy Department, in the National Office, has a vacancy for a Manager: Planning and Performance Monitoring.
Purpose: Utilising appropriate strategic management tools, the Manager: Planning and Performance Monitoring is to manage the CCMA’s planning processes, both at a strategic and operational level, ensuring that in the delivery of the CCMA’s vision, mission and mandate, there is in place an approved Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the Manager: Planning and Performance Monitoring to ensure that Departments and Regions are operating on approved Operational Plans. Moreover, the Manager: Planning and Performance Monitoring is to facilitate performance monitoring and evaluation processes of the CCMA, including conducting impact assessments.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Conduct strategic forecasting and situational analysis
• Facilitate strategic planning (Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan)
• Coordinate annual operational planning (Departmental and Provincial Operational Planning)
• Lead organisational performance monitoring (Strategic and Operational)
• Conduct evaluation and mid – term impact assessments
• Produce performance information dashboards
• Produce consolidated/integrated performance reports
• Lead the production of the annual report project
• Unit Management including people management and budget management
Key Requirements:
• Appropriate Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ advanced practical experience in strategic and operational planning and performance monitoring
• Advanced practical knowledge and practical experience in using strategy and performance management tools
• Advanced knowledge of planning and performance monitoring frameworks and guidelines governing the CCMA as a public entity
• Good understanding of legislations and policies applicable to the CCMA as a public entity
• Demonstration of the ability to manage a team and manage big projects
