CASE MANAGEMENT OFFICER - TSHWANE OFFICE (POST LEVEL: 09)
The Tshwane Office has a vacancy of a Case Management Officer.
Purpose
To effectively and efficiently handle queries and assist the public with regard to appropriate processing procedures, screening of cases in terms of relevant legislation and CCMA guidelines.
Key Performance Areas:
• Case Advice
• Case Screening
• Case Capturing
• Schedule and screen documentation
• Process outcome and finalise cases
• Venue Administration
Key Requirements:
• Matric, National Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent)
• 3 years relevant working experience in a service/ HR/ Legal environments
• At least 2 African languages would be an advantage

The Johannesburg – Vaal Office has a vacancy of a Mailroom Clerk.
Purpose
To sort and deliver documentation and mail to Regional and Head Office staff.

• 1 year in general administration

ICT GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER - NATIONAL OFFICE (POST LEVEL: 06)
The ICT department has a vacancy for a Governance and Compliance Officer.
Purpose
The primary role of this position is to manage the governance of CCMA ICT activities. This will include coordination of ICT change control, policy development and implementation, internal and external reporting, expenditure planning and management. Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders is required to ensure that CCMA ICT functions are undertaken in a coordinated, efficient, effective, and ethical manner.

• Education and training awareness:

• ICT Continuity Management
• Delivery of COBIT Foundations
• Reporting
• Communication
Key Requirements:
• Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in ICT Governance, Specific ISACA qualifications will be an advantage: CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CRISC, COBIT 5 and King III standards
• Training on policy development and Strategy
• Training on ICT Governance reporting tools
• Training on development and maintenance of Governance policies and procedures
• ICT Governance Certification CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CRISC
• Training on Budgets Formulation
