COMMISSIONER: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Dispute Resolution Department, in the National Office, has a vacancy for a Commissioner: Dispute Resolution.
Purpose: To conciliate, arbitrate disputes and provide statutory services, in terms of all Labour Legislation to ensure the CCMA provides efficient and effective dispute resolutions, management and prevention services to the labour market. To assist in the administration of Dispute Resolution Operational matters and related functions and services, which include the monitoring and reporting on efficiencies.

Key Requirements:
- Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in depth knowledge of the Labour Market
Training:
- Commissioner Training Programme
- Training in Labour legislation
- Training in CCMA policies and procedures
