Training Development Unit Administrator - National Office/Cape Town Office (Post level: 09)
The National Office/ Cape Town Office has a vacancy for a Training Development Unit Administrator.
Purpose
To provide effective and efficient administrative and professional support to the Training Development Unit.
Key Performance Areas:-
• Office Administration / Secretarial Services
• Material Development Support
• Reporting and Research
• Supply Chain and Finance Support
• Communication Function
• Database Management
Key Requirements:
• Secretarial / Administration Qualification and/or Equivalent Experience
• 3 years’ experience in an Office Administrative environment. Microsoft Office software skills essential.
• 2 years’ experience in Desktop Publishing and Material Development would be an advantage.
