Case Management Officer - Employment Security Unit - National Office (Post level: 09)
The National Office Collective Bargaining Department has a vacancy for a Case Management Officer in the Employment Security Unit.

Purpose
To effectively and efficiently handle queries and assist the public with regard to appropriate processing procedures, screening of cases in terms of relevant legislation and CCMA guidelines. To also provide case management support to the Collective Bargaining department primarily in the area of Employment Security.
 
Key Performance Areas:-
• Provide Regional support to CMO’s
• Provide Administrative Support on TERS
• Case Advice
• Case Screening
• Case Capturing
• Schedule and screen documentation
• Process outcome and finalise cases
• Venue Administration
• Processing Claims
 
Key Requirements:
• Matric, National Diploma in Labour Relations (or relevant equivalent)
• 3 years relevant working experience in a service/HR/ Legal environment
• Knowledge of S189/A of the LRA
• Good Communication Skills
• Proficiency in English and 2 African Languages
• Proven record on minute Writing
• Team Player
• At least 2 African languages
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
