HR Specialist: Employment Equity - National Office (Post level: 06)
The Human Resources Department has a vacancy for an experienced HR Specialist: Employment Equity. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide expert advice in terms of the development, implementation and monitoring of the EE Plan and have experience in managing and implementing Employment Equity interventions, including initiatives to foster an inclusive culture, in a medium-sized organisation.
Key Performance Areas:
• Develop, implement and monitored the CCMA employment Equity Plan
• Provide specialist advice and support to the business to promote sound Employment Equity (EE) practices and to optimise the EE climate within the CCMA
• Develop relevant policy, charters and frameworks to support Employment Equity intent at the CCMA.
• Communication and Change Management co-ordination as well as the facilitation of the implementation of change and transformation processes and activities
• National and Regional EE Committee co-ordination
• Take responsibility for the compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including all statutory reporting,
Key Requirements:
• B Degree in Human Resources
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resources with a strong emphasis in employment equity management and reporting
• In-depth Knowledge of Employment Equity practices and procedures
