COMMISSION FOR CONCILIATION, MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION (CCMA)
 
RISK OFFICER - NATIONAL OFFICE (POST LEVEL: 07)
 
The Governance and Strategy Department – Risk and Compliance Unit has a vacancy of a Risk Officer.
 
 
Purpose
To provide support in relation to the implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management system within the CCMA to ensure all risks are identified and mitigated and that value has been added.
 
Key Performance Areas:-
• Support ERM implementation
• Conduct strategic and operational risk assessments.
• Risk monitoring, communication and reporting
• Monitoring insurance profile
• Administer the risk management system.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments
• Designing and monitoring key risk indicators
• Monthly and quarterly risk reporting
• Communication
 
Key Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma Risk Management or Auditing.
• Institute of Risk Management South Africa membership/ certification will be an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ experience in Risk Management.
