COMMISSION FOR CONCILIATION, MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION (CCMA)
 
MANAGER: STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND PROJECTS - NATIONAL OFFICE (POST LEVEL: 05)
 
The Governance and Strategy Department has a vacancy of a Manager: Stakeholder Management and Projects.
 
 
Purpose:
The incumbent will support the efficient and effective delivery of the CCMA’s mandate and strategy by encouraging innovation and unlocking new generation ideas through the establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships and in collaboration with strategic partners, deliver service delivery enhancements projects. Furthermore, the incumbent will also facilitate timeous, effective, and relevant stakeholder identification, mapping, engagement and management. The incumbent will also be responsible for the development for continuous engagement with strategic partners and stakeholders. The incumbent will oversee the facilitation of and drive strategic, special and adhoc projects, including selected Community Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes; ensuring the implementation and/or monitoring of projects emanating from the strategic partnerships and stakeholder management processes.
 

Key Performance Areas:-
• Interpret the CCMA five (5) year strategy in order to formulate departmental operational plans
• Develop and implement Stakeholder Management and Projects policies, frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational plans and implementation plans
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the stakeholder management and projects unit, including directing staff, allocation of work, conclude performance agreements and assessments
• Build sound and professional and collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Develop and maintain an – up – to – date stakeholder management database and ensure continuous communication
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to deliver collaboratively strategic projects that will Utilise appropriate tools to engage stakeholders and manage the reputation of the CCMA to retain existing and establish new strategic partnerships to support the CCMA’s service delivery environment
• Project management of organisational national events and CSR initiatives
• Implement marketing initiatives of CCMA products and services to strategic partners and stakeholders in collaboration with the Communications Unit
• Budget development and management
• Compile monthly and governance reports for management and governance structures
• Respond to all findings and action plans related to internal audit, risk management and compliance management

Key Requirements
• Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, public relations, stakeholder management, project management, business management and/or any other related qualifications
• Minimum of three (3) years’ practical and technical experience
• Minimum of two (2) years’ managing a multi-functional team
• 5 – 10 years Financial Management & Reporting experience
