Department of Governance and Strategy has a vacancy for a Risk and Compliance Officer in 12-month fixed term contract position.
Purpose: To provide support in relation to the implementation of an enterprise-wide risk and compliance management system within the CCMA to ensure all risks and compliance gaps are identified and mitigated and that value has been added.

- Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Implementation
- Support Compliance Management implementation
- Conduct compliance and risk assessments
- Risk monitoring and reporting
- Insurance profile
- Communication
- Administer Electronic Risk Management System
Key Requirements:
- Appropriate Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Risk Management
- Membership with the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA) or equivalent professional body will be an added advantage
