Records Management Specialist - National Office (Post level: 06)
The Finance Unit has a vacancy for a Records Management Specialist.


 
Purpose: To provide end-to-end Records and Information Management services for the CCMA. The role entails, developing and implementing the records and information management strategy; coordinating all activities within the CCMA relating to records and Information management through their Life Cycle, communication and implementation of policies, systems and procedures for efficient and effective information and records management best practices.

Key Performance Areas:
• Records Management Strategy
• Performance Management and Staff Management
• Legislation, Policies and Procedures
• Electronic Records
• Budget Management

Key Requirements:
• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Records Management or Equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in Archives and Records Management, of which 2 years in a supervisory level
• Must have appropriate professional knowledge and experience in the field of paper-base and field of electronic records management
• Computer literacy
