Mpumalanga Province has a vacancy of a Commissioner: Dispute Prevention and Workplace Outreach.
Purpose:
Provide front line support to the Dispute Prevention & Workplace Outreach Department at national and regional level, both in terms of technical and project management support. Including support in the implementation of specific DP&WO projects, including new initiatives
Key Performance Areas:
- Dispute Prevention and Workplace Outreach front line delivery and practical support
- Reporting, Monitoring and Record Keeping
- Communication
- Team Supervision
Key Requirements:
- Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Successful completion of the Train-the-Trainer or Facilitation Skills Course
- 3-5 years’ experience, In depth knowledge of the Labour Market
