MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Recognised National Diploma (NQF 6) in Risk Management/ Internal Audit or equivalent qualification. Two years experiences in Risk Management or Internal Audit or related field. Risk management / incident risk management experience, Experience with fraud detections operations. Knowledge of AML (Anti-money laundering) detections operations added advantage. Certified Fraud Examiner qualification is an added advantage. Professional certifications such as AML/CFT, Fraud/Forensics, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Compliance Management, and Risk Management are advantageous. A valid Code 08 driver’s license added advantage. Knowledge of Risk Management Framework COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organisation) Framework an added advantage.

DUTIES
Facilitate the provision of risk management services. Identify risks at the College. Facilitate the strategic risk assessment. Facilitate the operational risk assessment. Facilitate the process level risk assessment. Compile risk register for strategic, operational and process level. Provide Risk Management Report to College management and Risk Management Committee on quarterly bases. Follow up on the implementation of the mitigating action plans that were put in place to reduce the risk to an acceptable level. Facilitate the provision of fraud and anticorruption services. Facilitate the development and maintenance of internal anti-corruption system. Facilitate the Fraud/ Corruption risk assessments. Conduct investigations on allegations of corruption. Facilitate the provision of ethics and integrity management services. Facilitate the promotion of the implementation of code of conduct e.g. remunerative work & gift register. Facilitate the promotion of financial disclosure system. Facilitate risk, fraud, ethics and integrity management awareness and trainings. Facilitate training, workshops and awareness on risk, fraud, ethics and integrity management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
An appropriate National Diploma/Degree in Safety Management. Two years’ experience in occupational health and safety environment. Computer literacy. A valid co 08 driver’s licence an added advantage.
 
COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge of CET Act and COIDA. Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and other applicable legislations and regulations. OHSAS 18001 Management system. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good problem- solving skills, Planning & organising, Research skills, Analytical skills, Report writing skills and Presentation skills.
 
DUTIES
Participate in the development of policies, guidelines, and strategies in line with Health & Safety Act. Compile the emergency evacuation policy, management plan and operational plan in relation to occupational health and safety. Compile outstanding 18001 OHSAS documentation. Compile and submit reports to internal stakeholders. Arrange and conduct health and safety trainings. Conduct induction training to staff and students in relation to health and safety. Promote Health and Safety working environment in all sites. Coordinate occupational health and safety risk assessments by visiting all sites for periodical inspection. Provide occupational health and safety related advice. Comply with DHET and College policies and procedures.
