About the role
The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Sr Manager to lead the insights agenda as part of a team. To analyze, interpret, and document business processes, products, services, and technology. This role will lead analysts to design, build, and implement data and analytics products and solutions for various stakeholders to enable our journey in becoming an insights-led organisation. Will work with cross functional teams across product, technology, and subject matter experts to deliver projects and products.

What You’ll Do for Us
The key responsibilities are:
  • Manage and lead Data & Analytics Managers and analysts delivery, ensuring that they are providing products that support decision making through fact based data, insights and recommendations
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with the key functional leaders within the Operating Unit and Coca-Cola System network, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and the ways in which data, analytical and tech products and services can be applied to create value for their teams and business
  • Support the co-creation, with the Digital Services Lead and Senior Functional Operating Unit leaders, the annual digital services plan, aligning to joint OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Actively manage the assigned data and analytics portfolio – ensuring delivery and adoption of solutions against agreed annual plan OKRs
  • Lead product ownership for products, solutions, and services for the Operating Unit as is relevant for the data and analytics portfolio
  • Adapt data and analytics products and services for use in the operating unit, and deploy them to deliver compelling end user experiences that drive business growth
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise capability frameworks and products for data and analytics
 
Role Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results of influencing in a networked or matrix environment
  • 7+ years of developing and managing data products from ingestion to operations.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting data analytics solutions.
  • Experience using Python and working with relational SQL databases. Experience using CI/CD tools
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Azure platform for Data and Analytics products
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps,etc) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • 7+ years of experience in data storytelling and data visualization using tools like PowerBI, Tableau or Google Analytics.
