Appointment Minimum Requirements:
• Higher Certificate N4-N6 (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration or Secretarial Diploma
• 3 years working experience
Primary Function:
Provide a range of executive support and administrative support services, across a range of complex issues, to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Senior Executive/s' achievement of organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise internal meetings and teleconferences and produce minutes thereafter. Organise hospitality for meetings as and when required. Co-ordinate external meetings and functions via the relevant City Power process, including booking venues, accommodation and travel arrangements where applicable. Organise ad hoc and small events (e.g. farewells, birthdays, recognition) within area of responsibility where required. Assist your Group Executive to effectively manage his/her time through effective diary coordination and control and set reminders where appropriate. Prepare and quality assure documents/presentations/packs for the Group Executive for meetings and other purposes. Filter incoming mail/correspondence by sorting, redirecting and taking action as appropriate. Consult daily with your Group Executive to establish priorities and next steps. Keep your Group Executive informed as to progress on delegated tasks and items requiring his/her attention. Develop and populate leave calendar for the Group Executive and his/her direct reports. Load and capture actual leave on SAP for Group Executive and his/her direct reports. Electronic and manual filing of documentation. Screen telephone calls to the Group Executive. Respond directly and take action in terms of established processes and procedures where delegated by the Group Executive. Exercise sound judgment in prioritising levels of importance and urgency and escalate where necessary. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate resolution of complaints and queries sent to the Group Executive’s office by responding, resolving, referring, escalating and following-up as authorized by the Group Executive to ensure client satisfaction with service levels. Develop, implement and administer departmental office systems and procedures. Accurate filing and record keeping. Sort and distribute e-mails, faxes and other communication. Ensure that all office equipment is in good working condition and reporting faults timeously. Maintain up-to-date distribution lists for each report. Collect and consolidate departmental data and draft monthly reports in the correct format including ad hoc reports for the Board, Shareholders and Exco on request/instruction of the Group Executive.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive Digital communication and website strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Primary Function: As a Junior Videographer, you will be responsible for working closely with the Digital Team within the Relationship Management Department to produce high-quality videos that showcase City Power’s brand and tell our story.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with our creative team, SDC teams, to develop concepts and storyboards for videos. Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear during shoots. Edit video footage to create high-quality videos that meet our brand standards. Collaborate with the team to produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and make recommendations for new approaches and tools to enhance our video production capabilities. Develop videos and edit graphics, multimedia and DVD authoring. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot video, audio, lighting and other production equipment. Create relevant content and professional video products for target audiences by making use of Multi- Camera and Audio mixing equipment and to produce video/documentaries that are edited digitally and streamed for variety of uses across various communication platforms. Edit video segments on a variety of digital formats using a variety of software products. Participate in the entire production process, from ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and postproduction. Work with clients to understand their requirements to produce great results. Provide technical skills and support in operating and maintaining proper levels and calibration of audio cameras, and other production equipment. Develop and maintain an appropriate logging system for all video products recorded/completed jobs. Troubleshoot problems/issues with the equipment, and/or repair the equipment used. Understanding of social media plaftorms and delivery formats.
