SPECIALIST PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT

Appointment Minimum Requirements:
• Undergraduate qualification in discipline related to Business Management/ Computer Science/ Marketing/
SHEQ Related qualification or equivalent
• 2 years’ relevant experience
 
Primary Function:
Contribute towards the improvement of productivity in the organisation in order to strengthen the element of accountability within the business, as well as the enhancement of the organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recommend management practices that can lead to improved productivity. Conducting annual productivity assessments and trends analysis. Assist with benchmarking best practices in order to carry out productivity improvement measures within the SDCs. Conduct quality control of assessments. Provide recommendation reports on productivity improvement measures of the allocated SDCsSupport and capture the analysis of base lining, tracking, gap analysis, trend analysis and recommend improvement measures on: Toolbox talks, Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targets, Task allocation mapped per role, Workspace ergonomics and tools of trade availability. Monitor and report on the SDCs: Number of tasks completed per day, number of employees on sick leave, number of employees who are acting, total number of overtime worked, number of lost time due to injury and number of vacant positions per SDC. Analysis of operational performance of the SDCs pertaining to: service delivery, revenue collection, employee morale, customer query resolution and reputation.
Analyse and provide feedback on the following: resting rooms, wellness assessments, psychological Counselling, nutrition at Canteen.
