Appointment Requirements:
National Diploma in IT or equivalent (NQF 6)
Bachelor's degree/ B-Tech will be an added advantage (NQF7)
SAP FI Module Certification
5 years’ relevant experience
Primary Function:
Support the business on the functional aspects of the SAP FI solution. To ensure the SAP ERP FI Solution is designed, maintained and improved so as to support business requirements. Provide the business user community with research and advice on new functionality within the specific functional area, with the view of improving and supporting business processes. Document developed concepts. Make sure all business processes interact properly within the technical SAP system design. Refine system design with developers and derive necessary implementation stories. Take care of SAP transport management for changes made.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform effective and specialized SAP Functional Support on Designated Module(s). Extensive Experience in Configuration and customization of FI (G/L, A/P, A/R/AA). Translate overall business process requirements to SAP configuration or enhancements. Support the identification of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach, but ensures compliance to the business management goals and objectives. Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end to end process integration and consistency, leveraging the capabilities within SAP. Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives. Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP. Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding business processes and systems. Perform all duties according to company policies and safety rules and regulations.
