EXPANDED PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMME - (EPWP)
The City of Johannesburg (CoJ), Office of the Group Information, Communication, Technology, and Information Management (GICT & IM) Department has the following short-term contract opportunities for a period NOT exceeding twelve (12) months.
The details are as follows:
1) Department: Group Information, Communication, Technology, and Information Management
Branch: Management Support
Designation: EPWP- Digital Ambassador
Salary: R3 500 pm (monthly stipend)
Location: 27 Stiemens Street JD House, Braamfontein
Appointment Requirements:
• Grade 12/ Matric Certificate
• Computer literacy and Office Application
• Ages 18 years and older (youth preferred)
• Ability to communicate in English and in African Languages
• Locality (youth residing in the region will be preferred)
Primary Function: Support of SMME development and Job creation of the city’s, implementing the digital ambassador prograrmme to drive the change of management, Training and awareness programme for SMME resellers and use of digitalized service deliver platform of the city.
