REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER

• Grade 12 plus a Degree/NQF level 7 in Built Environment (Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building) and an Advanced Diploma in Project/Programme Management;
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in site-based cost management of building projects, including administration of Bill of Qualities (BOQ);
• Experience with the project management of the establishment of a new organization and/or some experience in leading a major transformation initiative within an organization;
• Experience within a unionized environment in the private or public sector of which at least 3 years should have been spent at management level;
• Demonstrated experience in human resources and administration strategic planning and development, project management, and policy development.
Primary Function:
