SHORT TERM CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT - (STC)
The City of Johannesburg (CoJ), Group Corporate and Shared Services - (Group Human Capital Management) Department has the following short -term contract opportunities for a period NOT exceeding twelve (12) months.
The details are as follows:
1. Department: Group Corporate and Shared Services
Branch: Group Human Capital Management (GHCM)
Designation: Officer: Project Management
Salary Range: R20 908.74 pm (basic salary excluding benefits)
Location: 158 Civic Boulevards, Metro Centre, Braamfontein
Appointment Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Project Management degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF level 7).
• Two (2) to three (3) years' experience in a project management/business processes in the Auditor General audit process for Municipal Human Resources Management
• Advanced computer literacy, effective communication as well as project management skills are a requirement.
Primary Function: The incumbent will be responsible for the coordination and the integration of projects directly linked to the Auditor General audit processes. Identification of interventions and mitigations for audit findings for AGSA and Internal audit. Update dashboards and reporting templates. Adhere to the agreed turnaround times for submission of requests for information by the AG. This function is the coordination of audit functions for GHCM.
Key Performance Areas: Coordinate/project manage all audit general processes. Monitor and evaluate the performance on audit general projects within Group Human Capital Management (GHCM.)
Leading Competencies: Project Audit Management; Interpersonal skills
Core Competencies: Knowledge of HR policies, processes and procedures and a solid understanding of project management as well Auditor General processes . Computer literacy and communication (verbal and written) skills required.
