FIXED TERM PERFORMANCE BASED CONTRACT POSITION (LINKED TO MAYORAL TERM OF OFFICE)

Designation: Director: A Re Sebetseng Coordination
Annual total remuneration package: R1 043 709.67 all-inclusive cost to company
 
Appointment Requirements:
 Degree in Communications/Marketing/Relevant or equivalent Degree with relevant experience in campaigning and public participation (NQF level 7);
 At least 10 years’ experience with 5 years in senior management, preferably with a background in communication/NGO Sector/Marketing/Journalism environment;
 Excellent communication (verbal and written), good organizational, computer software negotiation and good interpersonal skills required; and
 Ability to work under stressful conditions and deliver under intense pressure and meet deadlines.


​Primary Function: Drive, implement and manage the A Re Sebetseng volunteer program in the City of Johannesburg to achieve the successful growth of the program’s brand and participation by all levels of stakeholders.
 
Key Performance Areas: Managing and organizing efficient and effective voluntary community participation campaigns and related projects for A Re Sebetseng; Provide an efficient and effective marketing service; Manage the implementation of financial controls/procedures and providing information to support financial planning processes.
