Key Performance Areas: Manage the coordination of engineering comments for all new Townships, Rezoning, Subdivision, and Consent (land use) applications. Provide factual operational quality reports on the functions and performance within the area of responsibility which are accurate and complete; timely; and contributes to and supports the overall reporting requirements of the department. Management of policies and procedures. Manage the database and refine the electronic Town Planning Application System (TAS) and manage the Geotechnical Data Bank records/reports. Provide a professional advisory and facilitate service to stakeholders.
