Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Archive Certificate will serve as an advantage
- 1 - 2 years' experience in an archiving environment
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
Core Responsibilities:
- Render support by executing effective clerical tasks to ensure that documentation and records are captured and stored by arranging and utilizing systems and adhering to safekeeping procedures
- Perform operational processes to ensure effective and efficient administration of records and documented information
- Apply governance and risk management to ensure that completed work adhere to governance and legislative requirements
- Apply financial processes to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources
- Maintain customer service orientation to provide exceptional customer service to clients

Core Responsibilities:
- Cellphone allocation administration
- Ensure all clerical and administration requirements and duties are carried out accurately and timeously
- Ensure all administrative tasks are performed to the highest level of quality standards as agreed to with management
- Obtain legal, tax and/or accounting opinions on the agreement before arranging for sign off
- Provide a comprehensive administrative service, ensuring timeous and accurate service delivery
- Distribute post to relevant people received from Manager and follow up on due dates

- Escalate unresolved delivery and quality issues to operational management and process owners

Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare third party bank reconciliation monthly
- Balance pre-paid sales votes with service providers report and follow up on errors and shortages daily
- Prepare third party reports to service providers
- Compare (link) third party collections (Post Office, Pay Direct, Easy Pay and ACB) with deposit on bank statement
- Balance third party costs with monthly invoices from service providers
- Assist in preparing third party tender processes
- Assist with third party audit queries and requests

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform Bank Recons full functions
- Create bank reconciliation report on financial system
- Analyse statements, allocate bank charges, interest and transfers to relevant ledger votes
- Compare (link) deposits on bank statement with total daily receipts issued
- Update debtor's direct payments on debtor account (where applicable)
- Report bank errors and follow up until resolved with bank officials
- Balance general ledger suspense votes
- Adhere to accounting best practice required by treasury and other financial institutions
- Compile summary reports and report to supervisor
- Adhere to policies and procedures

- Computer skills required
- 8 years relevant management experience, with 2 or more years' experience in investigation
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the Internal Affairs Section and its operations
- Manage the investigations procedure
- Manage prioritisation of reported cases
- Manage the reputation and integrity of COE
- Manage personnel and performance within the sub-section
- Ensure smooth and productive running of operations within Internal Affairs section
- Management of Domestic Violence complaints and incidents according to the Domestic Violence Act
- Coordinate and participate in Ad-hoc / Special Law-Enforcement and Crime Prevention operations
The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance contract as per Council resolution.
