​FOUR ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT INTERNS: INTERNAL AUDITOR
  • Fixed Term
(FIXED-TERM CONTRACT FOR 24 MONTHS)
 There are exciting internship opportunities for four Administration Support Interns: Internal Auditor within CHIETA. The purpose of these positions is to provide administrative support (internal audit) to the Grants, Projects, and Regions Business Unit and other business units within the CHIETA. Candidates who meet the requirements of the position are invited to apply:
STIPEND: R 7000.00 MONTHLY
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum National Diploma in Internal Audit or
  • A minimum aggregate of 65% for overall qualification
  • No work experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
  • Applicants must reside in Gauteng
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Provide administrative support for the efficient running of the regional
  • Maintain filing systems to improve traceability and retrieval of
  • Oversee accuracy of SQMR evidence against DHET validation
  • Manage office suppliers and ensure timely
  • Liaise with the SCM
  • Maintain records of office
  • Manage petty cash according to specified

​TWO REGIONAL ADMINISTRATORS (TEMPORARY)

LOCATION: GAUTENG 
CONTRACT: FIXED-TERM (SIX MONTHS) MONTHLY CTC PACKAGE: R 37 735,66 
There are exciting opportunities for two Temporary Regional Administrators within CHIETA. The purpose of the positions is to provide administrative support to the Grants, Projects & Regions Business Unit and other business units within CHIETA. Applicants who meet the requirements below are invited to apply.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years’ work experience in an office environment. Experience in a SETA environment will be advantageous. 
  • A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the regional office. 
  • Maintain filing systems to improve traceability and retrieval of documents. 
  • Oversee the accuracy of SQMR evidence against CHIETA validation guidelines. 
  • Manage office suppliers and ensure timely payments. 
  • Liaise with the SCM Unit. 
  • Maintain records of office expenses. 
  • Manage petty cash in accordance with specified rules. 
  • Arrange travel bookings for the unit. 
  • Submit travel claims to the Finance Unit. 
  • Schedule meetings with stakeholders for the unit. 
  • Support stakeholders during the mandatory grant application process. 
  • Support stakeholders during the online discretionary grant application process. 
  • Assist the Regional Skills Advisor and stakeholders with all grant-related queries. 
  • Liaise with the Grants Unit to ensure that DG payments are made within 30 days. 
  • Organise events.

Location: Western Cape Contract: Fixed-Term (Until 31 March 2030) Annual CTC Package: R 452 828 – R 537 426
