The Breede-Olifants Catchment Management Agency (BOCMA), a Water Resources Management entity established in terms of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) invites perspective unemployed graduates to apply for an Internship Programme within the Water Resources Management Division of the Entity. 

 

Internship Programme: Centre: George, Worcester, Belleville 

Stipend Offered: R7500 per month for NQF Levels 07 – 08 

Stipend Offered: R10 000 per month for NQF Level 09 

Duration: 24 months fixed term non-renewable Internship Contract 

 

As a pledge towards contributing to the skills development, the Breede-Olifants Catchment Management Agency (BOCMA) in collaboration with The Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA) is inviting applications to attract unemployed graduates to afford them opportunity to acquire work-based experience. Successful applicants will receive a stipend determined by the Governing Board of the entity (see above). The graduates must have obtained a minimum of an average of 60% for their final year academic records in the following fields of study.

Candidates must be 35 years or younger and unemployed, in possession of an appropriate post school qualification and not have previously served as an Intern in the Public or Private Sector.
