Requirements
1. A three-year tertiary qualification in Business Management, Administration, Financial Management, Project Management or Red Seal qualification in Welding, Automotive Mechanic or Diesel Management
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Education and Training sector
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager/supervisor
4. Exposure and an in-depth understanding of Learnerships & Occupational Certificates
5. Experience in Project Management of multiple projects simultaneously
6. Excellent administrative skills
7. Computer Literate (MS Office suit)
8. Experience in portfolio building for assessment, moderation, and external verification
9. Exposure to Budget Management
10. Good written skills in English
11. Valid driver’s license

WORKSHOP ASSISTANT: WELDING
Requirements
- Matric qualification / NCV L4 / N3 in welding / mechanical field or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical / welding equipment
- Good administrative skills
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
1. To assist the workshop lecturers with general workshop management (all CoS, Occupational, Nated Programs)
2. General support services in workshops (receiving, storing, issuing and inventory control of all consumables, equipment, gas cylinders and student PPE)
3. General preventative maintenance and repair of equipment and tools (calibration, record keeping and maintenance schedules, reporting defects)
4. Maintain student safety at work (all CoS, Occupational, Report 191 programs)
5. Safekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies
6. Cutting of steel on heavy duty cutting machine
7. General cleaning services within workshops
