Mission
 To manage sales function and increase the generation of revenue for the company in operational areas:
 
Output
 Manage and control satellite Sales Office function
 Manage and control Sales Operations
 Compliance to Autopax Policies and Procedures
 Implement and control Input Budget
 Manage company assets
 Manage subordinates and team performance
 Increase sales
 Control overtime and operational costs
 Control finance and reporting
 Protect income
 Implement sales promotional activities
 Implement Peak Season Plan for Sales Offices
 Implement and manage Policies and Procedures

 Monitoring and evaluating of competitors
 Provide information on market trends
 Continuously monitor the performance level of Service Providers
 Provide information on market trends
 Identify, address and appropriately report deviances as agreed
 Address non-performance in line with Autopax Policies and Procedures
 Ensure that team members achieve performance objectives as set out in performance agreement

Knowledge:
 Knowledge of Sales Principles, Theories and Processes, Proven leadership qualities and ability to manage a team, Knowledge of Customer Services and Communications Programmes, Proven Supervisory /Management experiences in the bus industry
 
Skills:
  People management and excellent communication skills, Decision making and leadership skills; System and Process thinker, Planning and organising skills, Financial management skills, Report writing skills, Computer skills, Time Management skills

Minimum Requirements:
 Grade 12 or equivalent
 National Diploma in Sales Management
 Microsoft Office
 Valid Driver’s License
Added Advantage:
 Sales and Finance background
 Black Star System experience
