Key Performance Outputs
The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager of Car Park and will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, organizational standards, policies, and procedures. Reporting non-compliance and taking corrective actions to maintain compliance.
Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of parking operation processes.
Providing input into the budget planning process.
Overseeing cash flow processes and allocating resources accordingly.
Conducting daily reconciliation of revenues.
Organizing, scheduling, and supervising subordinates' activities within processes or services to meet efficiency and quality objectives.
Maintaining stable employee relations by managing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
Engaging in project execution.
Cultivating, supporting, and sustaining healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to achieve organizational goals.
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience, or their equivalents, are required:
A Higher Certificate is essential.
Two years of operational business experience is essential.
One year of supervisory operational business experience is advantageous.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A Code B Driver’s License.

Key Performance Area - Performance Outputs
� Architecture
Develop, maintain and oversee the implementation of effective IT roadmaps that are aligned to business needs.
Translate business requirements into economical, efficient and effective IT strategies and roadmaps.
Define and maintain the overall governance framework for Enterprise Architecture.
Translate business requirements that support enterprise architectures (business process architecture, information/data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture).

Key Performance Output
- Develop Project Charter describing the high-level business problem to be addressed, the project requirements, purpose of the project, the way the project will be structured as well as key success factors for implementation.
- Conduct an assessment on project pre-feasibility, strategic value and importance and related risk.
- Analysis as an input into project prioritization.
- Develop detailed project requirements and prepare business case which accurately outlines and addresses expected benefits, costs, payback period and cash flow considerations.
- Mobilise project team, develop a Work Breakdown Structure and request a provisional team schedule from the PMO.
- Establish performance criteria, key performance areas, and manage project scope on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the development of a solution design and perform the appropriate level of engineering design where required.
- Manage the development of a detailed project plan by consolidating the project requirements, considering costs and expenditures and expected timescales.
- Support the submission of feasibility study and creation of CAPEX Proposal for submission to Finance
- Drive appropriate actions to reduce the likelihood of risks occurring and execute on risk mitigation or issue resolution proposed.
- Ensure timely reporting and effective communication to programme manager and other senior management when required. Responsible for functional performance, within the agreed strategic framework and approved plans.
- Forecast learning requirements and pipelines related to legislative and industry changes.
- Financial Management
- Provide input to CAPEX/OPEX budget.
- Support the process to advertise and evaluate tenders, compile a recommendation for the tender board and appoint vendor.
- Forecast deviations and take long-term proactive action.
- Initiate audits.
- Create, collate, and submit reports including PMO report submissions.
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:
- Matric is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree Built Environment disciplines (4 years - 480 credits) Essential.
- Diploma in Project management Essential.
- South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) or other Built
- environment council (Mandatory)
- 8 years operational experience in Project Management, procurement exposure, including coordination and implementation of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects / People and Stakeholder Management is essential.
