Minimum Requirements:
- An undergraduate Qualification (NQF Level 7) as recognised by SAQA- Degree or BTech in Supply Chain Management.
- Post graduate qualification (NQF Level 8 and above) will be advantageous.
- 2 years of Supply Chain Management relevant experience in the SCM environment.
- Extensive knowledge and the understanding of Treasury prescripts related to the Supply Chain Management, PFMA and Code of Conduct for Supply Chain Management Practitioners.
- The applicant must have a valid driver’s license code EB/C1 and be able to drive such vehicle.

Key Performance Areas
- Compile bid/quotation documents and ensure the alignment with the ADA SCM policies, processes and procedures and other prescripts applicable to SCM.
- Invite bids /quotations using the relevant media that will promote competition.
- Ensure that all bid/quotations offer are recorded in the register.
- Check completeness of bid documents and that the requirements have been met.
- Provide secretarial support, advice & guidance function to the bid committees.
- Register & check all purchase requisition for completeness.
- Generate orders and expedite delivery of those orders.
- Adhoc duties.

Minimum requirements:

Experience
- Minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification legal experience of which at least 3 years of experience at a middle level
- Previous experience in the position of an attorney, advocate or legal advisor preferred.
- Experience in a government entity or corporate preferred.
- Experience in providing legal advice on the regulatory frameworks applicable to government entities preferred.
- Proven track-record and experience in providing legal advice on a broad-range of matters.

- Implementation of cost-effective solutions according to Agribusiness Development agency (ADA) standards. Develop design manuals, standard drawings and procedures.
- Promotion of safety in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. Preparing presentation and reports of implementation of projects.
- Reporting on service delivery and adherence to administrative procedures and regulations.
- Self-development in terms of keeping up to date with new technologies and procedures.
- Monitoring and supervision of projects from different service providers under Agribusiness Development agency (ADA).
