Agrément South Africa (ASA) invites applicants to apply for the following internship position based in Pretoria: 

Information and Communications Technology (ICT(Internship) 
Duration :12 months 
Remuneration : R113 955.00 per annum (All-inclusive Cost to Company) 
Reference number : ASA00035/2020 

Purpose:
To serve as first line support to all end-users for ICT related enquiries in Agrément South Africa (ASA). 
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 
• Software and hardware troubleshooting 
• Debugging on all equipment and ensure accurate functionality 
• Application installation 
• Provide support to end-users. 
• Assist with desktop management and maintenance 
• Liaise with contracted service providers. 
• LAN, WAN, and user Administration. 
• Administer backup and security. 
• Manage and monitor network connectivity and servers. 
• Provide support on Windows Operating Systems and servers. 
• Provide general end-user support. 
• Monitor server ,racks and cooling system 
• Oversee file management on centralized resources (SharePoint) or individual workstations. 
• Prepare technical report on the operation of systems. 
• Keep inventory of hardware 
• Desktop updates and installations 
• ICT administration work and records management 
 
 
Qualifications and Experience: 
• 3-year National Diploma/Btech/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ICT related. 
• 1-year work experience in the Information Technology industry. 
• A+/N+/Office 365MCSE/Windows Server 2019 would be advantageous
