Executive Manager: Corporate Services
(Five year fixed-term performance based contract)
Total all-inclusive salary package of R1331 549.00 per annum). This is a flexible remuneration package which includes a basic salary of 60% of package, 13th cheque, car allowance, medical assistance, Housing allowance and pension fund.
 
Requirements: • A Post Graduate Degree in the Social Sciences or equivalent • Six years' experience in a senior human resource position • Knowledge of applicable legislation, prescripts/guidelines pertinent to human resources management and development • ICT •Support Services and Security and Protocol Services • Corporate Governance knowledge Extensive knowledge of corporate services management Experience in strategic planning and implementation •  HRM & D, ICT, Support Services and Security and Protocol Services • Proven monitoring and evaluation • Report writing • Excellent written and verbal communication • Budget and expenditure control ability to work under sustained pressure • MS suite knowledge and ability to work in a multi-cultural setting • Service delivery innovation • Possession of a valid and unendorsed EB (Code 8) driver's licence is essential.
 
 
Responsibilities:• Effective and efficient management and strategy development and implementation for the following Divisions: • Human Resources Management and Development, ICT, Support Services, Security and Protocol align plans to meet the overall strategy of the NWPL • Develop sound relationships with relevant stakeholders in support of business continuity • Oversee the provision of sound advice on pertinent issues on corporate services • Oversee the implementation of identified risks and audit mitigation strategies • ensure the utilization of all resources within the branch; analyse gaps in terms of service delivery and mitigate against them • Oversee the development and implementation of corporate services policies.
 
 
 
 
 
Manager: Human Resource Management and Development
Total all-inclusive salary package of R1 103 784.00 per annum). This is a flexible remuneration package which includes a basic salary of 60% of package, 13th cheque, car allowance, medical assistance, Housing allowance and pension fund.
 
Requirements: • A three year Bachelor's degree in the Social Science or equivalent • Four years' managerial experience within a human resource environment • Knowledge of applicable legislation, prescripts/guidelines corporate services • To human resources management and development • Transformation • Employee wellness • Occupational health and safety • Organizational development • Employee relations • Strategic management • Possession of a valid and unendorsed EB (Code 8) driver's licence is essential • Human resource management and planning • Financial management ability to work under sustained pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication • Policy-making Ms Suite knowledge • Report-writing • Knowledge of performance management and development systems • Maintenance of a high level of confidentiality ability to work in a multi-cultural setting.
