Minimum Requirements

- Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to advise customers accordingly.
- Technological proficiency to utilize retail systems and tools effectively.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts and the capability to work across multiple store locations.
- Adherence to company presentation and hygiene standards as per Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Commitment to following Woolworths and Country Road Group policies and procedures diligently.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to maintain a visible, approachable presence on the sales floor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Achieve and in-store sales targets through effective selling techniques and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge, including features, benefits, and care instructions to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain strict adherence to Woolworths and Country Road Group policies, procedures, and presentation standards.
- Ensure store presentation and hygiene standards are upheld in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Handle all products and resources carefully to minimize wastage and reduce costs.
- Be visibly present on the sales floor to engage customers, offer assistance, and enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts and across multiple store locations as required.
