Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 certification.
- Qualification and/or experience in Cosmetology or any other beauty-related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a beauty sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of beauty brands and products.
- Passion for retail, selling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers through product expertise.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated work ethic.
- Well-groomed appearance with appropriate use of cosmetics.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and collaborate effectively within a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver expert beauty advice and personalized consultations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting Woolworths Beauty products, new launches, and in-store promotions.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends to effectively influence and educate customers.
- Ensure stock availability, efficient management, and visually appealing merchandising according to brand standards.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and tester presentation to ensure a clean and attractive store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately while adhering to operational policies and administrative procedures.
- Collaborate with store teams to meet department goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
- Minimise stock loss and shrinkage by following proper handling and reporting protocols.
- Maintain a well-groomed professional appearance aligned with Woolworths brand image.
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability by working various shifts and supporting store operations as needed.
