REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Financial Management, Accounting, Information Systems or Business Management; A minimum of 3 years clerical experience on financial systems. Competencies: Constitution of RSA (Act 108 of 1996); Public Financial Management Act (Act of 1999); Public Service Act (Act 103 of 1994); National Treasury Regulations (NTR); Provincial Treasury Instruction (PTI`s); Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service; Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment; Relevant prescripts to PERSAL; Basic knowledge of PERSAL, BAS and LOGIS; Basic knowledge of Financial Administration; Labour Relations Act; Knowledge of HR practice.
