IT MANAGER 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 

The purpose of this job is to ensure the overall functioning, service delivery and evolution of the ICT environment to support business goals. 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Matric/Grade 12 

·       B Degree in ICT or equivalent NQF Level 7 Degree with relevant technical skill gained through related experience 

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

5 to 6 years’ overall experience in ICT environment of which 3 years must have been in a management level and 2 years managing point-of-sales (POS) systems. 

PREFERED REQUIREMENT 

·       NQF level 8 ICT qualification 

Preference will be given to employees from the designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment equity Act, No. 55 of 1998 and any amendments thereto, uShaka Marine World's internal recruitment policy as well as uShaka's employment equity plans.
