Position Purpose
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide students and
recent graduates with practical workplace experience, allowing them to apply their
academic knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to
enhance participants' employability by offering hands-on training, mentorship, and
exposure to industry-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a
period of 18 months.
Position Outputs
• Assist in specific projects within a department or work-stream. • Perform routine operational tasks under supervision. • Support administrative functions, including documentation and reporting. • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs. • Shadow experienced professionals to gain practical insights. • Engage in problem-solving activities to develop analytical skills. • Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to understand business needs. • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progress. • Serve as a central contact point for queries and assistance. • Conduct market research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions. • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools. • Assist in process improvement initiatives. • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. • Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
Matric certificate/equivalent. Completed all theoretical subjects: Diploma TVET College N4-N6 HR, Financial Management. • Must be a South African citizen. • Age between 18- 35. • Preference will be given to People with Disabilities. • No bursary obligation with another company. • Proof of certified Matric certificate, Academic record and ID copy.

Position Purpose
1. To develop innovative and digitally driven ICT solutions to meet business requirements effectively, efficiently, on time and with the required quality assurance standards in accordance with specific business requirements.
2. Develop and implement the new approved digital solutions within the ICT environment.
Position Outputs
Implement Planned Activities • Working with other developers and Team Members to develop and implement new digital software solutions to meet business needs. • Develop, build and re-write new and existing digital solutions in accordance to the specifications and ICT roadmap. • Implementing emerging software development best practices, technologies and standards. • Participation in the Management of the digital application and software life cycle management.
