Job Description
Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking a Digital Delivery Modeller responsible for creating, developing and maintaining accurate 3D digital models, drawings, schedules, visualisations and construction methodology animations, ensuring data integrity, BIM compliance and effective coordination across project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to cost and time efficiencies by producing accurate and coordinated digital models.
- Support digital delivery initiatives that enhance project value and reduce rework.
- Develop and maintain 3D digital models using relevant software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D,Navisworks).
- Generate construction documentation, schedules, and visualisations from models.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and digital delivery protocols.
- Support clash detection and issue resolution in collaboration with the Digital Delivery Coordinator.
- Creation of as-built documentation.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure proper file naming and storage.
- Provide accurate and timely model outputs to project teams and consultants.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to support coordinated project delivery.
- Work as part of the Digital Delivery team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in training and upskilling initiatives to enhance digital competencies.
Qualifications:
- Currently studying towards or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology or related field
Skills:
- Proficiency in digital design tools (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BIM360, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and managing digital models using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or similar).

- Experience liaising with design teams and project stakeholders on technical outputs.
- 1-3 years’ experience in modelling within the construction or engineering sector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital modelling, file structures and documentation.
- Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Understanding of design, engineering, and construction project lifecycles.
- Awareness of digital project workflows and document control practices.
- Knowledge of building/civil construction processes and integration with digital models.

Job Description
Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager to implement and manage BIM platforms, project folders, BIM Execution Plans and BIM standards. The role includes coordinating models between consultants and stakeholders and managing live 3D modelling across projects from commencement through to as-built handover to the end user/client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and creating the BIM platform project folders for various projects.
- Technical Report Writing
- Facilitating meetings to review co-ordinated models and provide feedback on digital delivery model information issues.
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Actively contributing to the development and improvement of company digital delivery processes and protocols.
- Building and managing relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Carry out multi discipline clash detection reports and contribute to clash detection meetings and solutions.
- Chair digital delivery orientated meetings to discuss specific areas of the project.
- Checking and approval of the required drawings and 3D models (as specified in the MPDT) prior to model federation and handover to the client.
- Contribute and collaborate with technical personnel for developing and implementing new/future technologies.

Stefanutti Stocks Africa is seeking a highly analytical Estimator with strong commercial acumen to join our Africa Operations team.
The Estimator will play a critical role in supporting business growth through the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound cost estimates for construction and engineering projects across the African region. Based in Johannesburg, the role will work closely with Regional Managing Directors, Commercial, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure tenders are strategically priced, risks are identified early, and submissions align with company profitability and governance requirements. The position requires collaboration across multiple jurisdictions and periodic travel to project locations within Africa.
The successful candidate will contribute directly to securing new business opportunities while strengthening estimating processes and cost intelligence across the region.
Minimum Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in an estimating role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments
• Minimum 5-8 years on site experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience preparing estimates for large-scale construction or EPC projects
