- High level of stress tolerance, high energy levels and the ability to work under pressure.
- Operational understanding of SPAR warehouse internal business processes and systems would be an added advantage.

The Inventory Controller is responsible for effectively monitoring, controlling and managing all inventory-related activities within the warehouse. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the department on daily basis.
- Compile and analyse daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure maximum space utilisation.
- Manage and monitor shrinkage, by conducting stock checks, investigate lost and misallocated stock.
- Ensure that damages are removed and adjusted timeously on the computer system.
- Monitor WIC and report on all cancelled lines daily, ensuring cancel line targets are achieved.
- Assist in all Inbound functions as and when required.

- Conduct daily green area meetings with staff.
- Manage staff performance through ROI process.
- Maintain and conduct grievance and disciplinary procedures when required.
