NORTH WEST REGION
ASSISTANT MANAGER: PROVISIONING & MAINTENANCE (LEVEL 09) X1
Salary: R487 197.00 - R573 897.00 pa exclusive of benefits.
Location: North West Regional Office - Mmabatho Ref No: SAS NW 11/26

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in the field of Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology; Computer Literacy and driver’s license are essential.
Experience: 3 years’ experience in the Human Resources Management environment of which one year at a supervisory level.
Duties: Implement relevant HR policies and prescripts in respect of recruitment, selection, service benefits and conditions of services, exit. Ensure accuracy of transactions on the relevant systems and the integrity of data on the system. Provide HR advice and support to Line Managers, Supervisors and staff. Manage HR records. Manage staff and resources attached to the unit.
PRACTITIONER: DEVELOPMENT & TRANSFORMATION (LEVEL 07) X1
Salary: R338 106 – R398 277 pa exclusive of benefits.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6/7 as recognized by the South Africa Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in the following disciples: Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology / Public Administration / Business Administration. Computer Literacy and driver’s license are essential.
Experience: 3 years relevant experience in Human Resource Management field.
Duties: Implement EWP policies and programmes (provide psycho-social support, Conduct Managerial / supervisors’ consultations, Advise and support the district and local offices on EWP issues, Establish and maintain Wellness champion structure, Compile monthly / quarterly / annual reports and Promote EW programmes. Implement and create awareness on Employment Equity Policies in the Region (advise on EE issues, Harassment, disability programmes and compile monthly / quarterly/ annual reports and promote EE programmes.) Supervise and manage resources of the unit.
GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR: (LEVEL 05) X2
Salary: R 237 453.00– R 279 708.00 p.a. exclusive of benefits

Location: Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District: Sekhing Local Office (Phokwane) Ref No: SAS NW 14/26

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social Security / Law / Information Technology. Computer Literacy and driver’s license are essential.
Duties: Provide a grant customer care service at Local Office level; Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance function; Administer medical bookings and assessments; Provide off-site grant application services to clients. Scanning and batching of grants files; administration functions: Conduct quality control on grant applications and Ensure adherence to Section 57 of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
