PRACTITIONER: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND AUXILIARY SUPPORT (LEVEL 07) X 1 

Salary: R 397 116 – R 467 790 pa exclusive of benefits. 

Location: Regional Office (Ref No: SAS FS 0097/26) 

 

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a relevant undergraduate qualification with a minimum of 360 credits (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Facilities Management/Property Management/ A qualification in the built environment. Coupled 3 years’ relevant experience in Facilities and Auxiliary Services, Knowledge of the PFMA, Knowledge of the Archives Act and Records Management, Computer Literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential. 

 

Duties: The incumbent will ensure conduct physical infrastructure inspections. Analyse and compile relevant documentation for the work done on minor new works and existing structures. Monitor the work of contractors. Provide support to service delivery improvement projects within the Unit. Supervise & manage the resources of the unit
