Generic Requirements:

Core Functions: 

·       Develop and implement strategies, procedures and guidelines for the assessments with the organization. 

·       Capturing and processing of data including compiling of short lists, reports and feedback. 

·       Analysis and research on captured data. 

·       Validating all assessment batteries. 

·       Development of psychometric assessments. 

·       Job profiling. 

·       Provide multi-disciplinary support and ensure the rendering of a professional, integrated service and performing general admin.
