We are currently seeking applications from dynamic individuals for the following position: 

 

CHANGE ANALYST 

*Job Grade: D1 – D3 

Ref: LCA01 

Salary: All-inclusive remuneration package negotiable

Purpose of the role: 

The Change Analyst is the practitioner accountable for delivering IT change management on assigned technology initiatives within PIC's IT portfolio. Working within the methodology and mandate set by the Change Manager, the role independently plans, executes and evaluates the people side of system implementation, building awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement – so that new and enhanced systems, tools and processes are genuinely and durably used after go-live. 

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organisational Change Management, Industrial or Organisational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field. 

·       3–5 years' experience delivering organisational change management on technology implementations or digital transformation programmes in financial services, asset management or another regulated environment. 

·       Certification in change management (PROSCI / ADKAR / CCMP) or equivalent formal training. 

·       Practical experience of implementing change where there are different project management approaches and agile delivery (Scrum), including operating within a squad alongside Product Owners and delivery teams. 

·       Hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms, change analytics tooling or ITSM platforms. 

·       Additional certification in ITIL, business analysis or learning and development is an advantage. 

·       Exposure to AI, automation and data platform deployments and their implications for roles, workflows and ways of working. 

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, Teams, SharePoint); Power BI or an equivalent reporting tool. 

 

Duties:

·       Design and conduct IT change impact assessments for assigned initiatives across the procedural, behavioural, interpersonal, vocational and cultural dimensions of change, determining the depth and frequency of impact for each affected group. 

·       Develop the change management strategy and integrated change plan for assigned initiatives, calibrated to impact severity, organisational culture and delivery methodology, for review and approval by the IT Change Manager. 

·       Perform stakeholder analysis and organisational network mapping, recording influence, interest, anticipated response and engagement approach for each group, and determine the engagement strategy accordingly. 

·       Design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns (email, intranet, Teams, town halls, posters, digital signage, short video) that articulate the case for change, the benefits to users and the required behavioural shift. 

·       Conduct learning needs analysis per user group and define the training curriculum, delivery modalities and competency benchmarks required for proficiency. 

·       Define the adoption measurement framework per initiative, using leading indicators (training completion, sentiment, readiness scores, early utilisation) and lagging indicators (adoption rate, time to productivity, feature utilisation, support demand, business impact). 

·       Anticipate, detect and diagnose resistance through listening channels, surveys, focus groups and network analysis, and classify responses from active support through to active resistance. 

·       Maintain and continuously improve the PIC change management toolkit, templates and artefacts, contributing to the maturity of the change management methodology. 

·       Build IT change capability in the wider organisation by coaching project teams, product analysts and managers in change management fundamentals.

·       Attention to detail, accuracy and disciplined record keeping. 

·       Customer focused, collaborative team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation. 

·       Time management skills.
