Job Purpose
To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and the plants on site which includes Electrical and Mechanical support.
Key Responsibilities
- To anticipate possible machine reliability problems, which could appear and take appropriate actions to ensure manufacturing process continuity.
- To facilitate and lead problem solving processes; provide inputs/suggestions to the maintenance team leader for continuous improvement.
- To record and analyse breakdown trends per machine using a maintenance system to motivate equipment improvement or purchases.

- To supervise, train and coach Technical Operators regarding SOP’s and work instructions to ensure best operating practices.
Experience and Qualifications

Job Purpose
