Job Description
To render and maintain an effective and efficient procurement function that will ensure value for money when acquiring assets, goods and services
Requirements
· NQF level 7 in Supply Chain Management
· Minimum of 4 years working experience in SCM
· Knowledge of Public Finance Management ACT
· Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Legislative Framework
Duties and Responsibilities
· Receive procurement requisitions
· Coordinate compilation of Bid specifications
· Prepare documents for procurement committees
· Process procurement requests in line with applicable policies and procedures
· Provide feedback on progress to users on their requests
· Safe keeping of records of transactions
· Provide secretarial services for procurement committees
· Keep records of activities and or statistics
· Maintenance of vendors and suppliers database

Benefits R374 000.00 to R407 000.00 CTC
