Key Performance Areas:
- Facilitate input into the sub-section’s strategic plans pertaining to Credit Controller and debt Collection management.
- Facilitate input into the sub-section’s Policies, Procedures and controls pertaining to Credit Controller and debt Collection services.
- Identify and analyse the status of consumer accounts as per the provision of the Credit Control and debt collection as well as the indigent policy.
- Initiate and implement Credit Control processes.
- Implement the legal processes associated with debt collection within the ambit of legislation.
- Facilitate input into the sub-section’s financial and asset management pertaining to Credit Controller and Debt Collection Services.
- Facilitate and control the Key Performance Indicator’s and outcomes of personnel within the sub section.
- Facilitate sound customer relations as well as good internal and external communication.
- Facilitate the administrative and reporting requirement of the functionality Credit Controller and Debt Collection services.
- Facilitate input towards efficient and effective audit processes pertaining to Credit Controller and debt Collection Services.
